Position Overview
Filion Capital is seeking a Managing Director / Partner to join our executive leadership team. This is a pinnacle opportunity for a visionary investor with an exceptional track record to help lead our firm, drive our investment strategy, and ultimately share in the full success of the platform. The individual will have ultimate responsibility for deal execution, portfolio performance, fundraising, and firm management.

Key Responsibilities
- Set the firm's investment strategy and vision, identifying new sectors, geographies, and asset classes for growth.
- Serve as the final authority on investment decisions, leading the investment committee and approving all capital deployments.
- Cultivate and leverage an unparalleled network to source flagship investment opportunities and secure proprietary access to deals.
- Lead fundraising efforts, building strong, trusted relationships with institutional limited partners (LPs) and family offices.
- Assume board leadership roles within key portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance at the highest level.
- Manage the firm's P&L and strategic resource allocation, ensuring the long-term health and scalability of the platform.
- Attract, develop, and retain top investment talent, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and high performance.
- Act as the public face of the firm at major industry conferences and in media engagements.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of demonstrated leadership and success in private equity, with a verifiable track record of generating top-quartile returns.
- Extensive experience serving on corporate boards and driving significant value creation within portfolio companies.
- Proven success in raising capital from institutional investors.
- Deep, established relationships across the investment community, including with LPs, intermediaries, and C-level executives.
- Strategic, big-picture thinker with exceptional business judgment and a reputation for integrity.
- Inspirational leader with a proven ability to build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Significant experience in global and emerging markets is a critical requirement for this role.
